Why maintenance matters

A healthy mini split runs better, lasts longer and stays under warranty

Mini splits are simple to live with, but they still need a yearly checkup. Here’s what regular care does for you.

Better efficiency

Dirty filters, clogged coils and slow drains make a system work harder for the same comfort. A clean, checked system heats and cools the way it was designed to.

Protect the circuit boards

Inverter mini splits run on sensitive electronics. Every visit includes an electrical safety inspection, and a voltage monitor helps guard the outdoor unit against bad power.

Keep your warranty

Annual maintenance with us keeps the Mini Splits USA 12-year labor warranty on our installations valid. Every Protection Club plan includes that yearly visit.

Catch problems early

We look for drain problems, loose wiring, line set issues and rodent damage before they turn into a no-heat call in the middle of winter.

How it works

From booking to a clean bill of health

Book your visit

Request a time online or call (304) 246-3080. Tell us how many outdoor units and indoor heads you have.

We do the checkup

A technician examines your system, evaluates filters and inspects electrical safety at each unit.

We show you what we found

You’ll get a plain-English rundown and any recommendations, like a deep cleaning or a voltage monitor, before any extra work.

Stay protected

Join the Protection Club and your yearly visit, member pricing and coverage are handled for you.

Voltage monitor

Bad power is hard on mini split electronics

A voltage monitor watches the power feeding your outdoor unit and helps protect it from voltage problems. It’s required for Tier 3 and strongly recommended for every system.
